    The Role

    We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our fantastic sales team. The Senior Sales Director is a proven sales leader and is accountable for overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with Mnubo’s business strategy. If you have strong communications skills, a strategic mindset and leadership skills, this opportunity might be for you!

    Responsibilities

    Sales strategy building for complex solution selling

    • Contribute to the execution of the sales organization’s objectives through active participation in account planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting;
    • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives;
    • Build account plans to sell complex business solutions (enterprise SW) to large enterprise customers;
    • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;

    Customer champion and consultative, strategic selling leader

    • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction;
    • Help define consultative sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required;
    • Contribute to putting in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function;
    • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions;
    • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities;
    • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

    Nurturing and cultivate strong sales teams

    • Participate in learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provide stewardship of sales and sales management talent;
    • Contribute to the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice and a sales force that top sales people want to join;
    • Contribute to defining and coordinating sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
    • Liaise with sales support functions
    • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions;
    • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.

    Requirements

    • Four year university degree from an accredited institution in business or related field;
    • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on sales experience with at least 5+ years of senior sales experience in rapid, high-growth environments;
    • Successful experience in:
      – building account plan for consultative solution selling;
      – selling complex solutions and enterprise (SaaS) software to large companies;
      – closing large deals;
      – utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data (an asset);
    • Proven experience working within a startup company environment (an asset);
    • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities;
    • Bilingualism (ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both French and English).

    The Role

    We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Finance and Human Resources who will join a dynamic team in a growing enterprise. The chosen candidate must have a flexible and commonsense approach to take on the financial, human resources and general administration responsibilities, as well as participating in improving the processes related to his or her duties.

    Responsibilities

    Finance and Accounting:

    • Review and process employee reimbursement requests (on the Concur platform as well as the Excel expense report forms)
    • Identity and collect information used to produce corporate VISA expense accounts
    • Manage accounts receivable and ensure a fast issuance of the invoices
    • Verify, prepare and get approval for payments associated to accounts payable
    • Classify invoices
    • Prepare deposits
    • Prepare some postings for end of month journals
    • Assist in the preparation for external auditors
    • Analyse expenditure variances on a monthly basis
    • Participate in the improvement of existing accounting processes and internal controls
    • Assist the Finance Department as needed in special projects.

    Human Resources

    • Assist in the execution of the payroll process including the various calculations (holidays, advances, departures,
      contributions), adjustments, corrections and special payments
    • Support the Director of Human Resources in the integration and application of various initiatives and policies;
    • Administrative support various human resources fields of action such as the maintenance of employee files, the
      creation of letters and contracts, the integration of new employees, the administration of benefits, the monitoring of
      training and professional development programs, etc .
    • Translate certain documents (job postings, policies, etc.)
    • Continuously updating and maintaining the budget related to HR activities
    • Support the compliance of maintaining the following: leaves and absences, harassment, termination of employment, pay equity file, etc.

    General Administration

    •  Responsible for managing day-to-day tasks for the smooth running of the office and the well-being of the employees
    • Responsible for being the Liaison with suppliers (concierge, building management, etc.)
    • Manage ingoing and outgoing mail
    • Participate in the organization of events
    • Order and track office supplies

    Requirements

    • DEC in Accounting, Administration or any other discipline deemed relevant;
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting
    • Experience in payroll processing
    • Knowledge in basic accounting software
    • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and general technical skills (Internet, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
    • Perfectly bilingual in French and English

    Skills

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to address priorities in a constantly changing environment
    • Discretion, specifically regarding the treatment of confidential or sensitive data

    THE ROLE

    mnubo is a fast-growing technology startup focused on transforming the Internet of Things. mnubo helps connected product manufacturers monetize their IoT data using Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Our SmartObjects IoT analytics platform turns sensor data streaming from connected products into actionable business insights.

    As an Industrial IoT (IIoT) Data Scientist, you will contribute to architecting and evolving Mnubo’s Data Mining and Machine Learning as-a-Service offering. You will join a team of data scientists and Big Data software developers, whom, working closely with mnubo’s customers, build algorithms to analyze real-time sensor data from industrial verticals. You will be a knowledge leader for the execution of our fast-data analytics and machine learning products and will collaborate with the Big Data team to architect and implement the required infrastructure and tools.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Statistics or other technical field. Advanced degrees preferred.
    • 3+ years’ experience doing data science/quantitative analysis.
    • Passionate about Big Data and its potential for the Industrial IoT: condition monitoring, anomaly detection, fault prediction, preventive maintenance, etc.
    • Experience working with data-sets of Industrial equipment (HVAC, boilers, furnace, pumps, assembly line equipment for example)
    • Understanding of statistical analysis. Excellent data mining skills.
    • Expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning: time series analysis, clustering and supervised learning.
    • Excellent problem solving skills and proven technical leadership.
    • Programming experience in Python/R
    • Has an eye for data visualization and can demonstrate creativity.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights in a clear and effective manner.
    • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
