    The Role

    As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for Mnubo’s partner growth. You will be contributing to the success of our channel partners in accelerating their business with Mnubo’s products and services.

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for working closely with our partners and internal stakeholders to determine how we maintain and grow our partners network, identify new partnership opportunities, build joint pipeline & accelerate deal flow/sales engagements. Over time, you will evaluate the success of existing partnerships to ensure alignment with expected partner network’s contribution to Mnubo’s top line;

    Identify, recruit, develop and maintain key relationships with partners;

    Clearly articulate how partners may best leverage Mnubo’s solutions to drive more revenue through ongoing communication, end-customer opportunities alignment, optimized deal flow and proper positioning of Mnubo’s IoT business solution value proposition;

    Lead Mnubo’s annual business plan & go-to-market strategy for our Partner Network and lead execution against such a plan;

    Collaborate with Mnubo’s Marketing, Sales and Solutions & Services organizations to develop business strategies and activities that facilitate partner engagement & enablement, increased of qualified customer

    Collaborate with Mnubo’s Marketing, Sales and Solutions & Services organizations to develop business strategies and activities that facilitate partner engagement & enablement, increased of qualified customer referrals and increased revenue generation;

    Facilitate joint selling between the channel partners and the direct sales team;

    Foster strong relationships with our partners’ leadership team and decision makers;

    Provide regular reporting in line with the Finance and Sales Operations functions to provide insights and strategic plans.

    Requirements

    University diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (advanced degree is highly desired);

    5 years sales management experience;

    End-to-end knowledge of strategic partnerships and/or channel sales and management practices;

    Experience gained within the IT/Technology industry.

    Self-motivated and self-driven individual who can navigate through complex partner organizations, entities, vendor ecosystems, Mnubo’s internal teams and maintain healthy connect with all those stakeholders;

    Role

    We are currently looking for a Senior Advisor, Customer Value Management to join our fantastic commercial team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise-level relationships and driving product adoption, building relationships with our enterprise customers to drive engagement and accelerate product adoption. This role is critical to the success of our customers adoption of our solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide expert consultation aimed at identifying/confirming/demonstrating/solidifying IoT business value for clients and value-based IoT investments justification;
    • Lead as required, the development of customers’ business cases with quantified or strategic business benefits resulting in sizable economic value creation;
    • Develop knowledge base of business KPI benchmarks and tools to deliver comprehensive value propositions that are ideally supported by clear ROI analysis and reflecting CEOs’ top priorities for their industry/LoB specific needs;
    • Provide direct and indirect industry thought leadership, strategic solution advice and expert value advisory to support customer innovation, enterprise business transformation and new value generating business models;
    • Support internal customer facing teams by providing value-based expertise pertained to client engagements, content value chain and joint Business planning;
    • Create strong, value – centric customer relationships that drive value realization through the customer lifecycle, via steering committees, Value Academies and Business Transformation Services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor in a business or technology related field (if the latter, a Master’s in finance, business, economy or MBA is also required);
    • 6+ years of professional experience in sales/advisory and consulting for targeted industry practices (ideally technology related);
    • Management consulting experience in an established leading firm (an asset);
    • Experience in design and facilitation of executive workshops;
    • Experience with business case creation, analysis, and market research;
    • Advanced knowledge of value selling methodology and value engineering experience;
    • Experience in delivering advisory and consulting services;
    • Working knowledge of IoT or AI technologies an asset;
    • Acumen in delivering digital business transformation service an asset;
    • Experience with the implementation of Industry 4.0 related project an asset;

    The Role

    As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will join a team of passionate data-enthusiasts who are responsible for bridging the worlds of technology, sales and customer value. This is a dynamic position in a fast growing and innovative technology company where you will collaborate with the marketing, sales and service teams to ensure a high level of interdepartmental organization and collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing

    • Support the tracking and reporting of marketing qualified leads (MQL) for all major marketing activities and campaigns;
    • Assist the marketing manager with market research and competitive analysis;
    • Research industry topics as requested;
    • Act as a resource for tradeshow and event planning and execution (logistics & promotions);
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material for events;
    • Help manage the lifecycle of documents, presentations and digital profiles through updates, consistency checks, alignment with Mnubo strategy and tactics;
    • Create and deploy social media campaigns to ensure brand alignment and drive business.

    Sales

    • Help update and maintain the sales funnel;

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree (in progress or completed) or equivalent practical experience;
    • 1-2 years experience in a B2B business is preferred but experience managing/participating in school associations is acceptable as well;
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and French;
    • Proven experience in business development; experience as a sales and/or marketing coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
    • Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software, a must.

    We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our fantastic sales team. The Senior Sales Director is a proven sales leader and is accountable for overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with Mnubo’s business strategy.     Responsibilities

    Sales strategy building for complex solution selling

    • Contribute to the execution of the sales organization’s objectives through active participation in account planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting;
    • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives;
    • Build account plans to sell complex business solutions (enterprise SW) to large enterprise customers;
    • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;

    Customer champion and consultative, strategic selling leader

    • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction;
    • Help define consultative sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required;
    • Contribute to putting in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function;
    • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions;
    • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities;

    Nurturing and cultivate strong sales teams

    • Participate in learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provide stewardship of sales and sales management talent;

    • Contribute to defining and coordinating sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
    • Liaise with sales support functions
    • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions;
    • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.

    Requirements

    • Four year university degree from an accredited institution in business or related field;
    • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on sales experience with at least 5+ years of senior sales experience in rapid, high-growth environments;
    • Successful experience in:
      – building account plan for consultative solution selling;
      – selling complex solutions and enterprise (SaaS) software to large companies;
      – closing large deals;
      – utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data (an asset);
    • Proven experience working within a startup company environment (an asset);
    • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities;
    • Bilingualism (ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both French and English).
