    Role

    We are currently looking for a Junior DevOps Developer to join our fantastic DevOps team in charge of deployment and network operations to improve collaboration and productivity. The role calls for someone who has the necessary hard and soft skills that are required to overcome the traditional barriers between software development, testing and operations teams.

    Responsibilities

    Help to ensure the availability and performance of the different environments;

    Help to the DevOps team to maintain and improve our current stack of open-source products: Linux distributions, container systems, container orchestration, container deployment, messaging system, databases, distributed computing frameworks, automation, monitoring, logging management, source code management, CI/CD);

    Participate in maintaining and improving our different environments from development to production;

    Participate in maintaining and improving the automation code;

    Help improve the current toolset to increase the automation of every process;

    Collaborate with our developers on our in-house software components;

    Contribute to maintaining and operating our CI/CD pipeline with the development teams;

    Help to maintain and improve our monitoring infrastructure;

    Maintain and improve our in-house DevOps code written in Python, Bash, Scala, Go and Lua.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience;

    Responsibilities

    Product and SAAS solution

    Through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data, gain insight into customer use of our current SAAS products, untapped opportunities and buyer/user personas;

    Help build an end to end SAAS solution proposal that is mapping the customer needs including products, managed services, training, certification and PS around main drivers and personas per pre-defined industry vertical segments, and provide the appropriate training to the CRO organization;

    Understand and help refine our target markets, their unique products and solutions needs and competitive landscape per verticals and per geographical markets;

    In collaboration with the Senior Advisor, Customer Value Management, be the voice of the customer by bringing user pain points to the table to influence product and SAAS solution development;

    Use market research data to help refine product and SAAS solution pricing and packaging;

    Work with product management, marketing, sales and solution organizations to create excitement and help define the messaging, positioning, and launch plan for new products/features;

    Research competitor offerings and propose proper reaction when appropriate. Train from time to time the commercial team on competitive landscape.

    Marketing & Sales

    Analyze data and research trends in order to deliver strategically sound recommendations for products and SAAS solutions marketing campaigns;

    Develop products and SAAS solutions messaging that differentiates Mnubo’s products from others in the market;

    Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, cheat sheet and blog posts per solution and per vertical;

    Speak about and present products and SAAS solutions to both external and internal audiences;

    In collaboration with the Senior Advisor, Customer Value Management, ultimately help create the value proposition messaging for each target market and deliver compelling messaging through our website, social media, and our demand generation tactics;

    Communicate the value of the products/features to the business development team and the sales team, and help develop sales support tools that facilitate the selling process.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent);

    5+ years of product marketing experience in a start-up environment;

    Experience working with IoT and/or AI/ML products and B2B software;

    International experience in a similar role (an asset).

    Competencies

    Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate uniquely differentiated value propositions to both technical and business audiences;

    Experience in strategy and an analytical mindset;

    Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers;

    Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization;

    Willingness to travel about 10% of the time;

    Bilingualism is a must have (very strong written and verbal communications skills in both French and English);

    The Role

    We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician who will join a dynamic team in a growing enterprise. Working alongside the DevOps team, the main responsibility will be to take care of all employees’ IT needs. In addition, the chosen candidate will support the DevOps team in their mission to ensure the availability and performance of the different environments, maintaining and improving our security practices.

    Responsibilities

      The chosen candidate will need to be able to maintain the virtualization and network stack of the following:

    • Virtualization: QEMU-KVM
    • Networking: Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Cisco VoIP system
    • Workstations/laptops: Apple Macbooks, Dell laptops and Lenovo laptops
    • Servers: HP, Dell
    • Printers: Xerox Multifunction
    • Troubleshoot and maintain: macOS, Windows workstations and Linux
    • Manage the various SaaS services we use (Google Apps, etc.)
    • Manage the accounting software (Sage)

    Requirements

    The Role

    As part of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for Mnubo’s partner and channels growth. You will be contributing to the success of our channel partners in accelerating their business with Mnubo’s products and services.

    Responsibilities

    Working closely with our Channel, Partners and Agents and internal stakeholders to determine how we maintain and grow our partners network, identify new partnership opportunities, build joint pipeline & accelerate deals flow/sales engagements;

    Evaluate the success of existing partnerships to ensure alignment with expected Channel, Partners and Agents network’s contribution to Mnubo’s top line in North Americas and Asia;

    Identify, recruit, develop and maintain key relationships with Channel, Partners and Agents in North Americas and Asia;

    Clearly articulate how partners may best leverage Mnubo’s solutions to drive more revenue through ongoing communication, end-customer opportunities alignment, optimized deal flow and proper positioning of Mnubo’s IoT business solution value proposition;

    Develop and implement Mnubo partner program and proper KPIs for success;

    Lead Mnubo’s annual business plan & go-to-market strategy for our Partner Network and lead execution against such a plan;

    Collaborate with Mnubo’s Marketing, Sales and Solutions & Services organizations to develop business strategies and activities that facilitate partner engagement & enablement, increased of qualified customer referrals and increased revenue generation;

    Facilitate joint selling between the channel partners and the direct sales team;

    Foster strong relationships with the our partner’s leadership team and decision maker;

    Provide regular reporting in line with the Finance and Sales Operations functions to provide insights and strategic plans.

    Requirements

    University diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (advanced degree is highly desired);

    10 years in Partner management experience, in North Americas (experience in Asia is an asset);

    End-to-end knowledge of strategic partnerships and/or channel sales and management practices for large organization and operators;

    Experience gained within the IT/Technology industry;

    Willingness to travel about 20% of the time.

    Self-motivated and self-driven individual who can navigate through complex partner organizations, entities, vendor ecosystems, Mnubo’s internal teams and maintain healthy connect with all those stakeholders;
